Project Description:
This role is responsible for weekly settlement of all Company owned and IDP (Independent DSD Partners) routes on a weekly basis.
Responsible for customer service tasks such as answering phone calls and emails from IDPs.
Customer Support for the IDPs (Independent DSD Partners).
Answer phones/emails to help IDPs with questions they have on their settlement statement.
Troubleshoot issues on the settlement statement.
Mostly answering phone calls - Tier 1 phone calls - IDPs who need statements sent, order transfers - simple action items - logging the calls into Service Now.
This 4+ month position starts ASAP.
