Required Skills:
BS, 0-3+ yr. Relevant experience preferred.
Laboratory testing and method development experience with a strong focus on X-Ray computed tomography (XRCT), Microscopy, Rheometry, surface characterization, and compression/tensile testing.
Knowledge and understanding of physical and/or mechanical characterization techniques.
Excellent communication skills alongside ability to clearly articulate complex concepts.
Microsoft Office suite required, software testing experience preferred.
Learn how to run new equipment, conducting experiments, data analysis.
X-Ray computed tomography (XRCT) experience.
Product development experience and drug delivery device experience preferred.
Project Description:
Support the design and development of combination product testing, metrology, laboratory equipment operation to enable the successful development of combination products to support clinical supplies.
Design, execute, and interpret XRCT imaging exercises.
This includes developing novel, new, and unique methods of imaging or data analysis.
Exhibit strong scientific acumen, with ability to conduct and interpret experiments under general guidance of scientific supervisor.
Collates data and supports the preparation and review of product development reports and related documents.
Carries out all assignments to the standards of efficiency, innovation, accuracy, and safety in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Maintain laboratory documentation in accordance to required scientific, regulatory and intellectual property requirements.
Possess strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and technical writing skills.
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and the ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams.
Be energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn, contribute and excel.
This 12+ month position starts ASAP.
