Required Skills:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
Minimum 4 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related field.
Document management experience in a systems related environment.
Experience with IT related project activities (Migration verification, User Acceptance testing) .
Change management experience.
Ability to set priorities and deliver results independently.
Organization awareness and ability to work well cross-functionally with IT, etc.
Detail-oriented with a quality mindset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
MS Office experience.
Excellent meeting facilitation and project management skills.
Project Description:
Our client has a project which is an initiative to enhance the enterprise management of controlled documents by moving from several document management systems into a unified solution within Veeva Vault.
The incumbent will support following activities related to the project:
New System protoype testing .
User Acceptance testing .
Migration mapping from current system to the project.
Migration verification activities .
Assist with training activities .
Draft new procedures, update existing procedures .
Integration of the project specifications .
Document management experience in a systems related environment.
Experience with IT related project activities (Migration verification, User Acceptance testing) .
Change management experience.
Ability to set priorities and deliver results independently.
This 12+ month position starts ASAP.
