Job Description

HUMAN RESOURCES - COMP ANALYST
TAMPA, FL
Compensation Experience.
Project Coordination/Management Experience.
HR or Finance Experience.
Workday experience is a huge plus.

Project Description:
  • Work with the Client's Global Compensation Service Line Lead to support the Global Compensation Planning and Compensation Operations processes.
  • Assist with the documentation of process, knowledge articles and employee/manager content.
  • Assist with updating company intranet content, Business Process Manuals and Vitalize (case management) Knowledge articles for current compensation operation processes, in support of year end compensation planning, and in support of changes to operational model/processes.
  • Develop training for annual compensation planning and changes to operational model/processes.
  • Test and track defects related to the compensation planning tool.
  • Develop reports/statistics relative to Compensation Operations.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business - Finance or Human Resources focus.
  • Experience with Compensation Plans/Programs required.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of SOX controls as they relate to Compensation Operations and integrations with Company financials statements.
  • Experience developing and deploying end to end processes in a global environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage deadlines for a number of varied projects and priorities.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, planning, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office suite, Workday and Vizio, process mapping, and ServiceNow (Vitalize).
  • Compensation certifications would be an asset.

This 6+ month position starts ASAP.
