2+ years of ServiceNow highly preferred.
Required Skills:
5-7 years of Business Analysis experience ., i.E., understanding the business need, defining a creative and useful software solution, and promoting the product to the user community and management.
3+ years of IT Service Management.
3+ years Business Analyst experience.
2+ years of ServiceNow highly preferred .
3+ years of Advanced Excel.
Good understanding of IT service management principles (Incident, Change, Request, Knowledge, SLAs, Performance Analytics, CMDB).
Broad, enterprise-wide view and understanding of strategy, processes, and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance.
Strong business acumen and proven track record for providing innovative solutions resulting in increased business performance.
Command of project management techniques and tools.
Experience in leading business process re-engineering efforts for at least a couple medium-to-large software project.
Strong communication skills and very good Stakeholder management skills.
They should also be comfortable with setting up meetings and coordinating projects.
Project Description:
Collaborate with business subject matter experts to understand and document business processes.
Identifies process, technology, organizational role changes necessary to support business goals and objectives.
Understands the value of process-centric approach to business analysis and capability development.
Organizes and presents ideas in a convincing and compelling manner.
Persuades and influences others with effective verbal and written communication.
Develops or modifies moderately complex information systems documentation and conveys this information to technical team for translation into programming languages or implements into COTS technologies.
This 12+ month position starts ASAP.
