SR. MANAGER STRATEGY AND OPERATIONS SUMMIT, NJ 50% Onsite.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance with a strong record of academic achievement.
Site Transition Planning experience is a plus.
5+ years of business analyst experience in the Biopharma space.
3+ years of Project Management experience.
3+ years of Finance Experience.
3+ years with MS Office 365.
5+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry, with Marketing, Medical, and/or Field experience required.
Strong Project and Process management skills , along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize.
Consulting or Agency experience a plus .
Strong problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn.
Demonstrated ability to successfully and effectively collaborate and build strong relationships across Matrix partners.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to perform well under pressure, on multiple workstreams, and with tight deadlines.

Highly motivated self-starter with strong project management skills and ability to perform/prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
Provide direct support and assist in the execution of key franchise initiatives for the US Hematology Organization. They will drive collaboration, cross-functional communication, and prioritization for projects, initiatives, and operations.
Work closely with the US Hematology Head Strategy and the US Hematology Leadership team.
Partner closely with the Associate Director of Strategy & Operations to execute key franchise initiatives.
Support all activities related to Site Transition Planning rom Summit East office to new location.
Assist with the planning and organization of quarterly Joint Commercial Town Hall meetings, including agenda planning, content creation, partnering with corp comms, patient engagement, and overall event execution.
This 12+ month position starts ASAP.
