AGILE BUSINESS ANALYST FOR LIFE SCIENCES
PLAINSBORO, NJ
This role is Hybrid 2 days Onsite!
The pay ranges between $60.50 - $65.32 an hour!
Starting ASAP for 6 months with possible extension.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Business, Computer Science, or similar).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Pharma industry, preferably with experience in MarTech projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Experience with owning critical deliverables such as Business Process Flows, User Requirements, Functional Requirements, User Stories and Testing related artefacts.
- Prior experience with Agile methodology and using DevOps tools such as ADO is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.G., CBAP, CSPO) are a plus but not required.
Project Description:
- As a Senior Agile Business Analyst with Life Sciences experience, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects in the life sciences domain focusing on the Marketing Systems.
- The project involves managing the process of patient registrations through forms on our brand websites and managing/tracing the data in our backend systems such as MDM and Campaign Management systems.
- Requirement Elicitation and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT Team members, LoB stakeholders and external vendors to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
- Possess analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills while designing solutions or processes with input from key stakeholders.
- Agile Methodology: Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to guide project teams through the development lifecycle, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to derive actionable insights that support decision-making processes.
- Compliance and Regulation: Stay current with industry regulations (e.G., FDA, GxP) and ensure that all projects and initiatives adhere to relevant compliance standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications, to ensure clear communication across teams.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with testing teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable language.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges effectively.
