ASSOCIATE SCIENTIST
GAITHERSBURG, MD
Onsite.
M- F 9 - 5 (Day Shift).
The pay ranges between $35.00 to $36.00 per hour.
Project Description:
- Our client has an opportunity for a contractor associate scientist / scientist in the Physicochemical Development Group within the Analytical Sciences Department in Gaithersburg, MD.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for executing assays using Liquid Chromatography (LC) and Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) techniques, to support development, manufacturing, and characterization of biopharmaceutical products, such as humanized monoclonal antibodies, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).
- The candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret experimental results, as well as prepare data reports.
- The contractor is expected to possess a working knowledge within the subject area, and hands on experience with protein chromatography (SEC, IEC, RPLC,), and/or electrophoresis (cIEF, CE-SDS) assays.
- The candidate should deliver experimental work to high standards, and carefully adhere to standard operating procedures.
Required Skills:
- Must have BS .
- Must have 2 years of experience in the technique described in description .
- Must have lab experience .
- Can report, interpret scientific reporting and be able to present reporting .
- Willing to learn techniques .
- Chromatography and electrophoresis experience is required .
This 9+month position starts ASAP.
