COLLECTIONS REP
AUBURN, CA
The pay ranges between $22.71 to $23.79 per hour.
Hours: 8: 00AM-5: 00PM.
Project Description:
- Performs credit and collection functions.
- Compiles and maintains credit information.
- Contacts customers with past-due accounts.
- Recovers delinquent accounts according to company policy and procedures.
- Negotiates the return of unpaid merchandise.
- Performs work under direct supervision.
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Possesses beginning to work knowledge of subject matter.
Required Skills:
- Requires a high school diploma, and 0 to 2 years of experience.
- Persuasive communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Persistence.
This 3+ month position starts ASAP.
