DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER
PLAINSBORO, NJ

Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week.

Must have:
  • Pharma Experience.
  • Digital Content Management Experience (email and web).
  • Strong Communication Skills.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in relevant area
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management and client services, Advanced.
  • Experience in modular content production for multichannel execution.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation concept.
  • Working with offshore teams, a plus.
  • Digital marketing.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), a plus.
  • Workfront, a plus.
  • Travel is not required.

Project Description:
  • Commercial Operations - The Commercial team leads all sales and marketing efforts for the Client's robust portfolio, which includes insulins, analogues, GLP1s, devices, Oral Anti Diabetics (OAD), obesity medications, biopharmaceuticals, and new products in the pipeline. .
  • As part of the team, you will have frontline exposure to our brand and marketing vision, business strategies, launch and lifecycle plans, and critical market insights that drive our business forward.

  • This role will report into the Director of Studio Agencies.
  • The Content Hub Partner (Digital PM) plays a key role in our Tier 3 agency model. .
  • The Content Hub Partner will work closely with our brand stakeholders to understand project requests and work with our Content Hub team to coordinate project execution activities. .
  • We are looking to deliver best in class support and quality delivery to our stakeholders so we can continue to grow this capability within our organization.
  • Internal Stakeholders.
    • Brand Managers & Omnichannel Leads.
    • Review project requests and understand requirements.
    • Develop timeline, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders in a timely manner.
    • Onboard new team members on Conent Hub capabilities.
    • Content Hub Team.
    • Work with dedicated production team in India to translate project requests.
    • Assist with issue resolution.
    • Work closely with team to ensure quality deliverables.
    • Work with team to develop project cost estimates when needed.
  • External Stakeholders.
    • Agency Partners.
    • Coordinate project activities with agency partners and Content Hub as needed.
    • Onboard new team members on Conent Hub capabilities.
    • Look for project optimization and workflow opportunities.
    • Influence others to follow established governance model, policies, and procedures.
  • The Content Hub partner must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment with an Agile and solutions-focused approach.
  • Contributor to deliver on Content Hub KPI's.
    • Quality on par with existing agency production.
    • Time to market.
    • Satisfaction.
    • Cost avoidance.
  • Responsible for coordination and project management.
    • The Content Hub partner is the single point of contact between Brand Managers and Content Hub Development Team (located in Bangalore, India), ensuring all demands will be implemented and delivered as requested.
    • Lead preparation and execution of meetings with internal customers to understand and analyze requirements, present solutions, and agree on delivery scope.
    • Develop project plans and monitor progress.
    • Manage incoming production requests and coordinate with external advertising agencies and partners to secure smooth production and delivery of assets.
    • Work with team in developing project estimates and manage all project related transactions needed for appropriate billing (as needed).
    • Monitor and escalate issues as needed.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Responsible for client management and relationship building.
    • Strong client-focus and commitment to continuous improvement of customer experience and affinity to Content Hub.
    • Ability to establish effective working relationships, continually seek new options, and develop creative approaches to deliver according to the Content Hub KPI's.
    • Proactive team player and team builder.
    • Manage and maintain all process and handoff documentation.
Assist with the onboarding of external or internal partners.
  • Asset production and multichannel execution subject matter expert.
    • Subject matter expert regarding multichannel asset production with specific focus on best practice guidance, modular content production, reusability and tagging.
    • Understands general concepts of marketing automation and multichannel execution to be able to advise and understand execution briefs from affiliates.
    • Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
    • Work closely with Omnichannel Team to apply latest guidelines and best practices.

This 12+ month position starts ASAP.
