HR COORDINATOR
CHARLOTTE, NC
Hybrid role in office 1 day, home 4 days.
Pay ranges between $17.50 - $20.44 an hour.

Required Skills:
  • Associate degree a must.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Human Resources role (preferably Recruiting/Talent Acquisition background).
  • Does well in a high-volume environment.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work in a collaborative team environment with excellent collaboration skills
  • Must be able to prioritize and stay organized.
  • Strong process improvement skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) required.
  • Technology capable/Tech savvy.
  • Experience with Workday, SharePoint and Service Now desired.
  • Hours are flexible- ideally 8-830 until 5-530 flexible.
  • Candidate must be flexible and have the ability to work remotely.

Project Description:
  • Responsible for providing guidance to Talent Acquisition Advisors, Recruiting Coordinators and HR Specialists related to the international hiring process to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • This role will deliver Tier 2 support and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries associated with the international process and will analyze incoming questions to identify potential process improvements.

This 12+ month position starts ASAP.
